What should I do if I want to exchange or return a product?
We hope you are satisfied with your Mini Coco products.
If something is not to your satisfaction, it is possible to exchange or return your order within 14 days, provided the product is unused, undamaged and in its original (undamaged) packaging. Costs for the return are for the customer.
As soon as we have received your return in good order, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 5 days. If we do not receive the product back in the right condition, we reserve the right not to refund the purchase amount. Of course, we will contact you about this.

You can choose one of the following return options:

1. Exchange your Mini Coco product for another Mini Coco product (a different colour/style)
2. Receive a refund for your returned Mini Coco product

If you wish to return your product, please follow these steps:

• Download the return form here and add this form to your return package.
• Please also include the packing list in your return parcel (the packing list will be provided as a printout in your shipping box)
• Send the return parcel to the return address in the return form. We recommend you send your return parcel including a track & trace code. We cannot refund lost parcels if your return is sent without a track & trace number
• If you are returning a product from a country outside the EU, please clearly indicate on the parcel that the shipment is a RETURN ORDER. If you do not, there are import duties or taxes that we will unfortunately deduct from your order.

OPTION 1 | WHEN YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE:

Please indicate in the return form which product(s) you would like to receive in exchange
If your exchange product(s) has a higher or lower price than the product(s) you are returning, you will receive an e-mail from us to settle the difference in price
Please note of the following:

• We accept returned products within 14 days from the order date
• The cost of returning the product is at your own expense
• We will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the product you want in exchange
• On the day we receive your returned product, we will ship you the product you want to the delivery address indicated in your initial order

OPTION 2 | WHEN YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK:

In the return form, indicate that you want a refund
Please note the following:

• We accept returned products within 14 days of the order date
• The cost of returning the product is at your own expense
• Shipping costs in the original order will not be credited
• We will refund the amount within 5 working days from the day we receive your return (via the original payment method)
