Ordering and delivery

You can exchange or return your order within 14 days, provided the product is unwashed, undamaged and in its original (undamaged) packaging.

As soon as we receive your return in good order, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days. If we do not receive the product back in the right condition, we reserve the right not to refund the purchase price. Of course, we will contact you about this in that case.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Send an email to support@minicoco.eu with the order number of your order and we will process your request.

What do I need to know if I want to pay by credit card?
The shipping address must be identical to the address of the credit card owner. Unfortunately, we cannot accept address changes if you have paid by credit card.

What do I need to know if I want to pay with PayPal?
The shipping address must be identical to the address in the PayPal account. This is a security requirement of PayPal. If the addresses are not the same, the order cannot be sent.

How can I track my order?
After you have completed your order and payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details and once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with track&trace code to start tracking your parcel.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed in our warehouse within one working day. Orders placed before 4pm (CET time zone) on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday morning. All orders will be shipped via parcel post by PostNL, DPD, or DHL.

What are the delivery times?
Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium 1-2 days.

Orders within Europe have a delivery time of about 2 days to 1 working week. Most orders outside Europe have a delivery time of 14 days. However, please note that this delivery time can sometimes vary.

Additional costs
Make sure you take into account any customs and import fees and taxes before placing your order. They are the customer’s responsibility and may be applied to orders shipped to countries outside the EU.
