What should i do if i have a complaint?
Satisfied customers are of great importance to Mini Coco. If you have a complaint, about our products or our service, please let us know. We would kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible via email ( We will do our utmost best to solve the problem as soon as possible, with mutual understanding. When you contact us about this, please also leave your email address and/or phone number so that we can reach you.

What if i did not buy my product directly through Mini Coco?
If your order was not made in our online shop or with us at an exhibition, unfortunately we cannot help you with a return. Please contact the shop where you bought your item.

I have received a damaged/wrong article, what should I do?
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, along with the order number. We will be happy to resolve it for you!

Do you have your own shop?
Apart from the webshop on this website, we do not have a flagship store. Mini Coco is a young brand with ambitions to grow, but we currently have no plans for shops of our own.
